Fully automatic irrigation and light carrier plant-VBL3000


A great importance comes to the lawn care in stages and arenas, in order to be able to ensure the playableness on high level due to special architecture - less and irregular sun and light. At present the mobile units are carried manually on the lawns and build up for exposure, in order to stimulate lawn growth effectively.

In addition, the regular and and needed watering with stationary sprinkler systems is a problem: On the one hand an imprecise watering of the lawn occures, because the jet is more or less strongly diverted depending upon wind conditions. On the other hand due to the limited range of the water jets and the fixed points of assembly of the sprinkler systems certain lawns are not oder in principle with to small quantities of water delivered.

The system VBL3000 developed by us enables the exposure and, at the same time, the irrigation and fertilization for the lawn: For exposure the plant extent carriers with special lamps automatically-  without touching the lawn. In addition the VBL3000 will be equipped with a variety of water jet nozzles, which are fixed over its entire surface. Thus each lawn place is supplied equal with water. Because the jets have to move only small ways, the wastage of water is small and therefore an optimal water supply is ensured.

The VBL3000 contains still another third technical characteristic, which is important in particular for lawns in southern countries. Into the structural steelwork lamellas are included, which can be retracted and extended and whose angle can be adjusted to the sun depending upon incidence of light. Burning lawns by to intensive sun exposure can be prevented therefore in the future.

The largest advantage of this plant is however that the entire growth-promoting processes, like exposure, fertilization and irrigation are executed automatically, what means an enormous saving at personnel and technical expenditure for the stadium operators.
