Moveable Tube System - FWS 5500

In close collaboration with the University of Magdeburg, we were able to construct a new mobile lawn tub (like in the Arena auf Schalke).

With the latest technologies, e.g. mineral molding and pore material, we were able to reduce the total weight of 11,000 tons (Veltins Arena of Schalke) to 5500-7500 tons currently. Through this enormous weight savings can now enormous energy costs are kept to a minimum. The very heavy gravel drainage layer could be replaced by new pore materials.

Beside the weight reduction, this results in further significant benefits: For example, even with very heavy rain the water is immediately hoovered, and the playability is guaranteed. In addition, the lawn can tubecan be cleaned after removing the rolling lawns and the grass layer (RTS) by counter rinses and therefore clear any build-up after a longer use. It can be brought into an almost new condition.
