Multi-function unit for arenas - Arena 3000

Football stadiums develop more and more to modern event centers, because a high utilization of capacity of the stages, which frequently have more than 60,000 seats, under expenditure and profit criteria is of crucial importance. Nowadays this is especially valid, because the costs  were unknown in the future.

In order to be able to ensure the effective use of an arena, we developed a high-complex steel structure, which pushes the needed ground on the playing field: it is lawn for soccer games or a hard ground for different events.

In course of thiswe had to solve also exposure-technical problems apart from the steal-structural challenges, in order to regenerate the underground stored lawn ground effectively. In close co-operation with the SGL a solution was developed, which enables simulated exposure in so-called „lawn recovery areas “of the stadium.

The lawn has guaranteed the quality requirements with this treatment, what can also be insured since January 2011.
